1. JH21-Series Aluminum Foil Container Production Line (Upgraded Model) is composed of auto-lubricated feeder, length controller, control panel, Pneumatic punch, mould (price is not included), conveyor(including scrap collector), collecting table of finished product, and scrap presser (optional equipment).and its speed depends on containers size and complexity. It can be equipped with multi-cavity moulds.
2. It adopts the electrical stepping system (can be replaced by PLC controller as customer's requirement) to realize the function of positive and negative rotary of motor. With the adoption of double electromagnetism valves and pressure relay, the operational safety is guaranteed. Safe and reliable. Feeding length and production speed and other parameters simply setting, Gas/electrical integration, centralized control. Full Automatic production, only need people collect products
3. The frames of equipmints are made of the holstic steel which has the advantages of high rigidity and reasonable structure. Thanks to inside installation of driving system, the layout of the equipment is compact. With the adoption of dry friction clutch, the slide area can stop instantly at any height.

6. As customers' requirement, the eletrical stepping system can be replaced by a PLC controller, which work better. It also can adopt the light screen protective device, so it is a safe press.
7. This production line adopts the independent removable panel which is colorful,convenient and has nice layout.
8.Feeding system employ stepping control, feeding length without error, length can accurate 30mm to 999mm by arbitrary setting.
